I've finished my 7 day trial of Everquest 2. Actually only played about 2 days because of work in real life.
Is it possible to get another 7 day trial key?
Is there a buddy system that can provide me one? Can you provide me one?
Or is it paying my only chance of playing this game again?

I believe you can redownload the trial as many times as you would like...but you have to create a new account each time and start over.
All you really have to do is open a new 7-day trial account. The only thing you need is a different e-mail address, which is really easy to do.
You can keep doing that, if you don't mind making new chars each time, until your ready to decide if you like it or not.
That's pretty much all there is to it...just create a new account and you get a fresh 7 days.
And how do you open a 7-day trial account without DL all the stuff again, if you choose New User on the already DLed client it doesnt start the 7-day free trial it asks for a CD key at once.
Its not the download that determines your license. Its your account.
Simply create a new Station.com account and log into the game with those credentials.
I did (created a new station acc) and it says I dont have a active EQ2 sub and sends me to CD key window.
Got it to work now ... I needed to re-run the 80Mb Trial install file and choosed the same map as I previously installed it in, install was done in 30 secs and now I could activate another trial period.
