heh, wow talk about steling the title for a game.........there already is an mmo named Continuum. yeah its a space mmo if i remember correctly. oh and this game looks so-so, ive seen better
Be that as it may, the game you're refering to is a clone of the game called "SubSpace"...go on IMDb and see all the movies that have the same name, but unless the movie is a remake then they have nothing in common except the name. So, you're argument really holds no water.

Pax Nora isn't that bad, not that I ever got to play...because I could never get an opponent...try joining someone who is waiting to play and they kick you; try creating your own room and no one joins so it got uninstalled.
