Ingame shop as in Chantra items default key T. The only problem I see with that is they increased the prices of Chantra, but what are you going to do you know you are still going to buy it If you are talking about the Auction house I do not see any problems with it showing everyone in the whole server what items other players are selling is a great and easy way to find items you are looking for.

I think this game copy the char of WOW (moon elf), and the history is a little poor, but, the graphic is great, for a free game it's great.
Yes, they make a lot of money in the chantra buisness.
