Don't get alerts

Hi all,

Since last 05/25 I don't receive anymore alerts from this page. I don't know why, my email address is a yahoo.es and I've checked it to be sure there is no spam rule to avoid getting emails from you. I've checked my alert list too and everything is fine. I've tried to uncheck some games and check another ones but still there is no mails.

Would be someone so nice to help me, please?

    Yeah I havn't been getting them either so I just visit here all the time.

    Still nothing...

    I've tried changing my email adress, thinking this could be the problem, but doesn't work.

    Also I've tried checking all games or only a couple of them and nothing.

    Some advice?

    I'm still not getting e-mail alerts for anything from MMORPG.COM. Should I make a new thread for help or is here ok?

    Good lord I'm the opposite I want to turn off that damn subscribe function,  I don't have alzheimers, I dont' need a reminder of what thread I posted in.

     

    How do you turn them off.. PERMANENTLY?

    Yup, I don't receive watched topics alerts, game and general news alerts, weekly newsletter, any mails from MMORPG.com in a matter of a fact... Still, I don't have yahoo e-mail, so I don't think yahoo or not-yahoo is the case.

    Hope that changes soon, I want my newsletter back .

    I, too, haven't received a MMORPG.com newsletter since May 25th. Whenever I've changed the email address attached to my account, I receive the confirmation email, but then nothing afterwards.

    i get the newsletter but i don't get the alerts when someone responds to a watched thread (been going on for months)

    Here it is five months since my last alert, and I STILL HAVE NOT received a new one. WTF? Did they do away with email alerts, or is this a problem they simply just are not taking care of?

    I haven't recieved an alert since about the same time. May sometime. All my settings are on and no issues from my email provider (yahoo) I've been amember of the site for 3 years and never had a problem. They just stopped coming one day.
