Lineage II or Archlord ?¿

Hi people,

while waiting till Warhammer releases, I was looking for  a game to play.  After reading some articles, I have found these two games, but i am not sure which one to select.  What adventages have each one? Apart of fighting monsters and raising combat levels what other things can you do in them

    dont get Warhammer Online lol go with a real man's game like EVE.

    If you're just wanting to play the game until warhammer releases, you should stay away from Lineage II.  It's not a bad game, nor is it great, but it does take a long time to get to the fun stuff.  There is a long grind in the game.  The main focus of the leveling is to get high enough so you and your clan can take over a castle.  If you do play, watch out for the peopl with red names.   They'll most likely kill you on the spot because they can.

    Just play Archlord, it is free and in need of more players :P

    If your just looking to fill the gap between the release of W.A.R and now then i suggest Archlord, mainly because its free and it will give you enough to do until then. Plus its worth playing anyway.

    You have got to be the biggest hater on this forum!  Why do you go out of your way to talk shit about Warhammer?  I hope the makers of EVE and Darkfall are puttin some cash in your pocket, for real.   Dude didn't ask if he should play WAR or not did he?  I don't recall reading if he should play Eve or WAR?  If I'm wrong, please point it out? 

    Anyway,  If you don't mind spending money, go with L2.  If not go with Archlord.  I'm going to check it out later as well.

    Go for Archlord, its free. Look at "Sword of the New World" also.

    L2 requires a pretty healthy commitment to it and really isn't suited to someone just looking for a filler. I wouldn't shell out any box / monthly subs for a filler game you already know you are not going to stick with.

    I alreaydy played EVE, only the free days trial. And I really dont like the flying ships games: I have great hopes in Warhammer, but also I had in D&D

    I suggest Lineage 2, try the free-trial for a bit and although it may be slow at first, once you join a guild (at around lvl 20) you should start to see more of Lineage 2. Plus since Warhammer has been delayed until 2008, you will have a good amount of time with Lineage 2. BTW, both games are grind games.
