Like a retard I check it multiple times a week. Every new Email notification I see show up in Trillian i get giddy in hopes it is an invite. Sadly nothing yet

Less than once a week. When the signups began I would check multiple times per day, but I've calmed down since. Also the absolutely horrid system of GOA (who handle the EU signups) has made me pessimistic about the whole affair (affair meaning beta invites, definately not WAR itself).

I check it every so often, but normally check it when I hear someone say, "I got in!" here, or at one of the fansites.

By checking youe beta status, you mean going onto their website, or do you mean checking your emails?

I check my emails everyday, not just for the beta invite but for news and other stuff and i check the main site every week or 2 weeks.

I do mean going to their website. I usually check my mail, and then when I don't see an invite, to make sure that my status hasn't changed, I actually login to the beta center to see my status. I do this multiple times a day.

Yeah, I really want to be in there.

    so...

I have resorted to sending very strong *Pick Me!* telepathic messages to Mythic.

Next pitiful attempt will probably be sending emails to Mythic promising *Free Beer and Pizza!* for a beta slot.

    Yes, I know ... I am pathetic.

Does anyone know if there is a schedule that shows when the next beta invites will go out in bulk?

  • stfspamstfspam Member Posts: 9

couple times a day, i really am in need of a new mmo....

sad is that I doubt I will ever get an invite as my pc is quite old and I am assuming that most invites at this time are based on dxdiag spec (or am I wrong on this?)

I am planning on upgrading my pc once war comes out though, yet having it upgraded now would help me get in earlier, chicken and egg buisness

What's the link to the beta center (site?). I registered for beta on wow-europe.com weeks ago, but I can't seem to find anything beta related other than the beta signup site?

I just check it whenever. Sometimes I may check it three days in a row, then I might go a month and check it once a week for three weeks...

Kinda de-raling here but this caught my attention and is bothering me...How can you be a guild master in Warhammer Online if your are still checking your e-mail for an invite (which I'm under the very good assumption that you haven't gotten into beta yet)...

i voted no!as another guy noted if the game keep me playing it and worth it i dont mind giving my money!

what you pay is what you get they say!i am playing 11 years mmo's now and the only 1 kept me 2.5 years of playing it was ragnarok online(yes the 2d game :P)and it was worth paying!

  • I checked after I saw this post. It still says applied. I probably won't get in because I'm located in asia, but english is my native language so it would be no problem to play this game. The chinese application doesn't look very promising, the game is definatly going to be released in North America first. The chinese website had more of a news letter signup type thing and asked would I plan on playing beta offering choices, yes, maybe, or no.
