This is the link to sign up on their site, it is like a guild cafe but specifically the Age of Conan and they seemed to work really hard on this as they did all the coding for it on their own. There are a lot of tools for regular users and even more unique tools for guilds. If you are a guild leader, go sign up your guild and promote it as it will only help recruiting. Also, you can sign up for any guild on the site but it is up to the leader to accept or decline you.
If you do not have a guild site or don't want to pay for one, they give you enough tools to basically host it on their site, as they grant access to guild promotions and demotions, guild specific forums, guild specific news, to go along with the regular stuff. Take a look and have fun!

Only time will tell, only time will tell...
The site is actually still in a beta which would be why some things are still outdated I guess. They need more users to get on though to test things out and give feedback. Plus they give you "tickets" for posting which will be used later once the game launches when they have giveaways and contests so there is a perk to getting on it now.
First time I see a link with a referral to sign up on a fan site.
