Anyone know what this game was called? if still alive?

I've been searching all over for this game I used to play a few years ago open beta mmorpg....it had a unique feel to it. It was like a 2d mmorpg but with 3d models...i dont know 100% game name i think it was Thesis or Thesia Online.
Anyway they had a thing called "Adventure Island" where you would pay to go to this island and be able to dig to get awesome staffs, armors (i remember one armor was like "Judgement"), but their are tons of traps all over the place and 2 different big bosses that drop awesome to. I remember my char was lvl 65 Wizard and highest guy ingame like 80 something.
Spellbooks like "Meteor" (a high level wizard spell that had like req of 420 int to learn it) were raredrop books
I just cant remember the game name and where i can see it besides in my mind lol.
Anyone have any ideas of what game it is?
oh yea and it wasnt some cheap game made by 1 person....it was by a legit big company

Nothing with a name similair to those that I know of, but sounds like a game i'de like to give a try
Meridian 59 is a 3D game, there aren't any character levels in Meridian 59, they use a skill system just like Ultima Online. To answer the OP question, I believe the game you are referring to is Thesa Online and sadly it's been discontinued.

Ahhh Thesa online, id forgotten about that one, i remember playing that a few years back. It wasnt a bad game actually, shame it shut down.

It has been reviewed here and there a few years ago ... it seems it was an interesting MMO but I've never heard of it before.
