Optimus Maximus
Each key is a freaking display of thousands of LED colored lights that will produce any picture you desire. The keys can be mapped any way you like and they change on command.....Down below is an example of how the keys can be altered from a normal keyboard to a game display and there is an interactive demo that shows you whenever hit the "shift" key all the letters become uppercase. When you change the language to...Japanese, all the displaying alphebetical letters turn into Japanese characters... Many units have been apparently ordered by Nasa, But wow oh wow do I want this.

To stay on topic, This keyboard blows any of those Skinned keyboards with set keys for WoW or Guildwars out of the freaking water. for 15,000 bucks, you'd never need to purchase a new keyboard for the rest of your life....

Introducing, the new fancy keyboard.
No longer do you have to look at the upper right corner of your keyboard to see if your caps lock is turned on, now you can just look down on your keyboard and see all your capital letters. You smile as you know you paid only 1500$ to do so.

I must be rich? I am in no way purchasing this thing. My current keyboard set me back 20 bucks lol and I am perfectly content with it. The only way I'd get that thing is if it were a gift because there's no way, no matter how rich I was I'd shell out 1.5k for a keyboard..

EDIT: Lol the Daskeyboard? Is that a joke? I dunno if I'd want a 100% blank keyboard. I mean I know my keys like the back of my hand but sometimes I'm never sure which key the "&", or "%", or "$" sign is hehe.

I want this keyboard, but I feel like it would be a waste of $1500 because my drool would short the keyboard.

The starving argument holds no weight here. Think about it, everyone posting right now is posting from a computer that could have been food instead of a computer, for a starving person. Everyone playing a pay to play mmorpg could be using that 10 + dollars a month to donate to somebody starving. $1500 for a keyboard is nuts, but for different reasons other than people are starving. Also, what is the warranty on that beast? I bet the first time you spill your drink on it or get crumbs stuck in between the keys, you slip out, epic youtube style.

According to various reviews, it's a regular keyboard with LED displays. Nothing innovative. I guess you could buy one for typing. But, I prefer gaming keyboards. Oh and if you have the money, you can buy one as a novelty piece.

I don't know about you, but I've never tried to eat a keyboard before. Even if I'm very, very hungry I'd rather eat ramen noodles over plastics any day. ;P
Then again... ramen noodles aren't that much better. *grin*

According to Google, the going rate for Escorts varies from 200-1000+/hour so this keyboard is very overpriced for being a great lover.
How useful is this keyboard? Does anyone still look down at their keys when gaming or typing? Its bad enough being groups with silent AFK healers; AOE happy mages; and over zealous tanks; I really don't need to get killed because my teammates where looking at the pretty colors on their keys too.
Good enough for me... They're asking waaaaay too much for a keyboard. I'm pretty sure the G15 is a better keyboard too... though, that one does look pretty lol.
