How much would it cost to buy this game and all the expansion packs?

I think you can get them in a pack somewhere for 20 something dollars. However the first three expansions are free so the only one you really need to purchase right away is Darkness Rising.

I do not see any reason to buy DR, right away, but I guess you could. If you can find the box set it runs around $20. That really is an if. I would suggest Best Buy as an option because EA made them carry it but only a few boxes. Wal Mart also might have a few lying around. But if you look at websites it looks as though no one carries it any longer. Either they stopped making the box sets or they are getting ready for a new one . . .
You could always go through all of the complications of getting the free trial and everything included and then purchase and download the last two expansions as well. I think that ends up costing more than $20 if you do that, but they might have a combo offer.
