Question about Instancing ?

I'm in the beta for just a few days and a level 7. At what level do most ppl. start finding groups ? I see Instances on the map but what level are they? I see players lfg's in chat but I guess I'm a little shy for asking questions. In most MMO's I would read up on stuf to do on fan sites but its still in beta so i can't do that here. And at what level do you begin to move from the Wilderness area.
I'm just trying to look ahead a little bit. Can I get a little help on some sort of time line on doing stuff

The starting area - Wilderness has enough missions and content to take you to level 15 if you do every quest.
In my opinion the instances are fine to group anywhere from level 8 onwards. You can also solo the instances if you are a few levels higher.
I played for 4 hours tonight and went from level 5 to 11 just doing quests. I havent tried the instances yet.
The game is very solo friendly so a lot of people dont group and just play through by themselves.
Grouping is fun. If you are playing a specialist its useful to get you tools skill to level 3 so you can ressurect people if they die.
OK I I did two instances with a group of six, Caves of Donn and Pravus Research both were fun and it took about one hour each, our group ranged from 9-15. there seems to be 5 instances in the starting area along with other stuff to do besides quest( I don't understand this other stuff yet, but I see it in the chat ) and I think the starting area is up to level 15 and not sure yet how to leave this area being only 9.
The game is 100% soloable, will just take a little longer solo then grouping. Even with the changes they made to the lower levels I dont find it hard to solo at all. To leave the zone look for markers on the edge of the map, walk through the cave and boom your in the next zone.
Eventually you will get a quest out of Range Gorge directing you to divide (the next area).
Or you can just open your map - there are red swirly things - one near Alia Das and the other near twin pillars marking the locations to get to Divide.
You can probably start soloing the instances in wilderness about level 8ish. They're really not that hard.
