Won beta key but could not claim it.

Well what the title says, i won a beta key but was unable to complete it because my isp email server was down.
I think they should have given a 2-3day option instead of the 24 hour or you miss out.
I've ended up disqualified , very angry and i was so looking forward to play testing this game, been waiting months
for the beta to appear. So i guess i have my isp to thank. Hopefully my name will get picked in the next round,
but whats the odds of that happening.
Anyways Good luck to the people who got in, the game sounds and reads very good. Just what i was waiting for.

Regardless of whether your email server was down or not, mmorpg.com always sends a duplicate notification to your personal message box here on the site.
However, I want to thank you, because someone who got disqualified allowed me to be redrawn for a key. Better luck next time!
Same here... I was just logging into my email when i saw "YOU'VE GOT A WINNING TICKET!!!" i was like SWEET!!! lol. Then the willy wonka song played in my head "i've got a golden ticket!"
I got a winning ticket but was disqualified BEFORE 24 hours had run up.
I saw my name on the list, saw it in red when I never got the chance to see it in green. I looked in my inbox and saw the message at 2:14 and tried to claim but for whatever reason they saw fit to not live up to the rules as written and disqualified me before 24 hours had completely elapsed. Needless to say I'm incredibly disappointed.
I also got a beta ticket but the link they gave to download the client did not connect at all. I tried several times and just gave up in the end. Have also contacted their support but no response yet. Not really expecting any
I won the beta key too and today I visited at here and I see that I've new message and I saw that I won the beta key and try to claim it today but then it says that i have been disqualified and it was my firs time when I have won something. And I can only say that this sucks

I didnt. I managed to get through the login process etc. However the client link did not work and I tried all day. So not sure if anyone else had the same issue with downloading the client. Did frustrate the hell out of me
There's still hope. Do what I did. Add the following site to your favorites and keep checking it every day or so. I did this and surprise, they were handing out codes.

I hoping to get a beta key i entered to win one and im hoping i dont get disqualified because i might wake up to late when does the disqualification countdown start when the winners get there keys?

I won one and am rather chuffed about it
I tried it a million times, each time they said "Could not find username is database" and I can log in with that name just fine. I also made ANOTHER account, even that did not work.
Played almost everything...
Currently playing nothing...

gnlLucid, aye i am. everytime i click the link given it comes up with webpage not found. Maybe its been hit with too many hits right now, will try again in a few hrs.

WOW. Its just in closed beta and people cant even GET into the closed beta, good job SOE !
(I know SOE isnt making it, perpetual is but w/e. SOE touches something, and it gets destroyed!)

I was able to get a hold of one of the GM's and he said that there content delivery system is down. Meaning that nobody can download the client until they fix it.
Here is the message I got.
GM Praetorius here. We appreciate your enthusiasm to participate in the Gods & Heroes Beta! Unfortunately, our Content Deliver Network (CDN) is currently down for maintenance. The CDN is responsible for maintaining the links to the client, and the client will therefore be unavailable for download until the CDN is brought back online. The maintenance is expected to be completed in the near future, so you may want to keep an eye on our website for any updates to that effect.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause, and thank you for bearing with us while we complete this necessary step in improving our level of service.
