I played this game when it first came out,and tried it again with the euro set.The only changes i can see are the pots.You can't just have your pre setting spam non stop healing pots,as now there is a sort of time delay around 10-15 secs before you can re use another pot.This makes for a much more realistic gameplay.There is a few different ideas in the euro set as compared to the asian set.Bard is one that comes to mind as well as an all out nuker/warlock/wizard.
PLaying the asian set really gave me the feeling of SOLO ONLY,as nothing in the setup made for any good partying.The euro setup seems to be alot more tailored to actually want to party,although you will still see alot soloing for the most part.Unlike the asian set where certain element sets were stronger than others,the euro element sets are exactly the same dmg.
I am not sure if the same has been done for the asian setup,but i did notice that now they have MOBS that are titled as PARTY.Basically means that the mob is much tougher than its solo counterpart and requires a party to take it down.
When the healing pots could be spammed every second ,automatically through the pre setup ui,the GIANTS were sorta easy to kill at an even par level,now they are much more difficult.
The euro towns are the same as the asian sets in that they are pretty much barren buildings with a few npc scattered around,Pretty lazy dev work in that area.Everything and i mean everything is low poly,so there is no reason they couldn't add some more life to the towns,some animation or anything.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
The game is worthless now, everyone is downloading the european and you will be restricted gear wise, if your a euro in jap area leveling jap gear will drop which u cant use, and you cant learn dif skills, your subjecting yourself to a life of failure, but Japs have the disadvantage of no new gear coming their way, so quit the game, it sucks anyway in endgame, "zomg lets kill each other for 7 hours"
