First of all - Outside has an insanely high monthly fee if you play long enough.. The PvP is so carebear I could cry - I mean, you gank for a few hours and then the law never stops hunting you.. The AI... Don't get me started... The mosnters in diablo 1 had better AI, Outside's NPC's are total dimwits
And graphics? To be honest I really don't like the shaders, atleast here they've gone with some cruddy greyscaleish style and it just looks outdated.

Played so far: 9Dragons, AO, AC, AC2, CoX, DAoC, DF, DnL, DR, DDO, Ent, EvE, EQ, EQ2, FoMK, FFO, Fury, GW, HG:L, HZ, L1, L2, M59, MU, NC1, NC2, PS, PT, R:O, RF:O, RYL, Ryzom, SL, SB, SW:G, TR, TCoS, MX:O, UO, VG, WAR, WoW... It all sucked.
Non-instanced player housing is so good, but where are all the mobs?? The devs didn't balance the world, and what's with travel times? Teleports need to be implemented soon or I am cancelling my sub.

Seriously, AIrforce is easymode, I didn't roll Marine because I don't like being a tank , and im not a big fan of the "Hybrid" classes like the Navy... (for the love of god I hope someone got that.) I probably should have rolled civilian, I heard that has more of a "Sand Box" playstyle.
You are full of sh** , spreading false rumours like this. First of "Outside" is just an expansion pack for "IRL". And it is NO NEW RELEASE at all !
In fact it was released some 4.5 billion years ago , by a small startup company called "God&sons" Subscription is also very steep, and it costs much more than 15$ monthly. And the fact also that "IRL" is so unbalanced and full of grind , that many prefer "World of Warcraft"
Another rumour is that "God&sons" plan to discontinue "IRL" , which will probably anger everyone that bought their lame expansion pack "Outside"

Outside has lame weather features like Thunderstorm that can bring your gameplay to a halt. But that's nothing compared to Hurricane, Tornado, and Tsunami that can take all your gear in one shot. Even when the weather is ok, half the time it is too bright and the other half the time it is too dark, and the only way to fix it is with gear. Lame, lame, lame, lame, lame! The only good thing is that you can get some benefit from a friend's gear if they have the right kind. You can't both wear the UV-Proof Sunglasses, but you can both sit under the Beach Umbrella, and one Large Flashlight can work for a whole group if they are careful.

If you find the grind of this game a little tiresome you could try one of the un-offcial mods such as Zombie, or Area51 but I hear it can be painful especally when the GMs break out the probes.
Oh and even though the "Coffee mod" was removed I have found that the "tequla or Jack and Coke" mods offer the same results.
And to those that beleve that the server does not have issues or lag have bought the Devs line "Dejavu is not a bug it's n undocumented feature" right,, everyone knows it's actually a server glitch.
And the player run economy, WTF... talk about unballanced too low Skill Point Players.
i heard if you ever reach level 120.. which is almost impossible they say, there is no penalty for killing players, but you can only maul them with your fist.in fact every year after 100 , 1 rule of the game doesnt apply to you. pretty good stuff if you work hard.
i hear the politician career is totally unbalanced and needs a nerf
yeah, it's hard to get into unless you create your character with the "money and family ties" gene
but once you are in, you barely do any work, you aren't held responsible for any of the outcomes of the work you do, and it's really easy to farm money because you get to vote to increase your own salary!
guys this MMO is so awesome I've talking bout sandbox, full PVP, and harsh death penalties for a long time now. player run economy too and 100% realistic looking graphics

The high-level content is awsome! Getting to bang supermodels, driving fast cars, etc... The grind is murder though!
