Howdy, Stranger!

It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

Who do I contact to. . .

Say, hypothetically, I wanted to renew an account from ohhh about a bazillion years ago but can't find my disks, have no idea what email address I had back then and can't for the life of me remember my log in name

OK sports fans, what are the odds that I can get that info from the company?

Funcom does not delete characters.. they just remove desire and ambition to play this game.

Soooo, you are saying that Funcom will suck the life out of me, but not my characters?

I know, it is a huge step backward, but i am bored with the games out today.  Perhaps I am pining for a glory day that never really existed, but I would sacrifice every single game that has come out in the last five years for a chance to play a character that grew  not just leveled.

Yeah, maybe you are right... train for another 10K and forget the idea that I can go back to any better games.

Try this link to contact Funcom

    http://www.anarchy-online.com/wsp/anarchy/frontend.cgi?func=frontend.show&table=PUBLISH&template=contact&func_id=1027&navID=1003,1009,1027

If you don't remember your Account name put all the info you can in the Message box like the name/s of any higher lvl or Main characters. When you played. Which server RK1,2 or German...

The address you had when you played. Possibly the method of payment you used....

You can also play the FREE version to get re-oriented while you wait for any response or help.

You don't really 'need' the CD to install. It will take a while, several hours, to download from the AO Website.

    Edit: Just ignore tastee...

ya, what the peeps before me said.  you can play the free version and being a froob isn't that bad.  Cause in my experience funcom isnt' all too good with player support and feedback.
