whats after open beta?

halo im djhealer from soldin server.
my questions are :
1st. after open beta if final is out will the characters be deleted like after closed beta?
2nd. when will be the other 3 classes been added up?(assasin, slime, pupperteer).
3rd. is it possibal to give the users an information at start of every month what is planned to do ( patches updates, new additions/items/stages ect.)
