in Off-Topic Discussion

Hey anyone got any info on the game, all I know is that its coming in Spring 2008. I have seen all the screen shots which is only like 15 and have seen both trailers that are currently released, but man im dying for info. So anyone know anything about this game I don't know?

    I didn't expect a fan site for a game not released yet... And if they had any extra info it would be on the official website. Now google is my homepage and I didn't see any other search results other than a few fan made youtube movies and GTA San Andreas fan sites and such...

    Thanks Orca for telling me about Google, next time search the results yourself before making a post like that. I made this thread for a point other than spam or unneccesity.

    So whats different about this one that makes it stand out as a worthy successor or is it like Halo 3 all wind no substance.

    Did you not play San Andreas or something? This game is awesome, when your able to see impossible bike stunts that are badass in halo 3 then you can compare both of them. Until then these two games don't even come close.. Well the only similarity is that theres guns in both I guess, but thats about it.

    EDIT: Oh your talking about why the game is a worthy succesor, I thought you meant the whole series in general. Well thats why I made this thread to try to get ahold of more info.

    Does it need to do anything different but make the city bigger and up-res the graphics?

    Vice City is still my favorite. Last I heard GTA 4 was delayed due possibly to trouble developing for the PS3.

    err yes it needs to add something to the game.

    Otherwise its justa glorified standalone expansion pack.

    Thats good to hear.  I would rather play it on the PS3 then the 360 with the processing power of the PS3.

    I agree but I still am going to give this game some slack considering they are building it from the ground up again. I like that they now have competition from Saints Row. Saints Row wasn't great but I can't wait to see what they do in the sequel.
