Redmoon online, anyone ever play it?

I used to play on the US server when it was beta and then went to p2p in 01 until it was later shut down due to problems with management not handling money and joycity not wanting to send translated updates. Later I went to the european server and played there but after awhile this one went down to and so there was just the original old US server that had been moved to singapore and then shut down a year or so later.
Last I heard theres only one or two active servers ( India and N korea ) and no way to play it due to it not being in english and no way to know how to pay for it due to the language issue. One of the original US GM's started up a free server for diehard players but it to has since went under.
