HELP..can some1 tell me

in Tabula Rasa

can some1 tell me wy im getting this message when i try to run the game

 

Error initializing Game Client. Contents of tabula_rasa.log:

ERROR: Unknown shader profile found

WARNING: Failed to load asset: assId[STR: PalGlobalEffect.fx]

ERROR: Failed to load Global Effect

ERROR: Init Device Failed to load default effect

ERROR: Failed to start device.

ERROR: PalantirApp::Initialize failed

 i know theres tech suport but it kinda suxs... and im hoping to play the game today ^^

    you running the latest and greatest drivers? as it sounds like a driver-related issue

    and what video card have you got? is it up to the task?

    well..got a intel onboard graphic thing and yeah im fully updated .. and already checkd the xml and all.. so i have no clue ^^

    depending on the chip, it might not support the feature set required to run the game
