Hey i am unable to create an account.. said my ip is banned due to chargeback? also tried it at a friends house and no luck.. cant even post on the forums or send a help request, all requiring an account... anyone else experience this or have any suggestions? Thanks.... i am from canada btw...

    You need to hide your IP address in this case. ^-^ www.proxy.com may help you.
