So you want a class that can solo well, thet is wanted in groups, that can buff and debuff, that isnt a healer and that can do amazing things in battle.
I wanted to write a cheeky remark about your illogical desires, but amazingly enough i thought of a class that suits the description perfectly.
    Brigand.
Great dps, good utility, wanted in groups and raids and can kick ass soloing...
And you get to wear the Zoro outfit upon reaching 70 :D

    Thanx for response...

Well i've been reading a lot and i think i've changed my mind , i want to be a healer class that can aid allies, that can resurrect well, that can buff a lot. I want to be very needed in groups (Its mostly a group game), and i saw that this games lacks of healers so, why not be a healer ?

Im thinking on being a Mystic i think that all those wards, heals, revive, and debuff spells are great. i want to hear a little opinions abouth this class.

How that bear morph works ?

How this class doing on game ?

Does its useful in groups ?

    Do its overplayed ?

Its always welcome on groups ?

Is there any other better option (Healer class) that the ppl on game really needs ?

Well i'll be waiting for response... Thanx for your time and patience...

Shamans (mystic and defiler) are probably the rarest class type seen in the game.
The reason is simple- they are the worst soloers in the EQ2 universe. Not that they cant solo (infact they can solo some pretty hard stuff), but it just takes soooo bloody long to kill anything with them- kind of like watching the paint dry.
On other hands they are always wanted in the end game, and if you plan on raiding you will have no trouble finding a guild that would grab you in a second.
As for playstyle- they are proreactive healers- they prevent damage from happening instead of healing it. this is called warding.
In groups in wich a shaman is the main healer people often become overconfident (seeing nobody looses any health from mob attacks) and then wipe because they try to take on much stronger foes- not even realising there is a shaman busting his balls behind the scenes to prevent those health bars from dropping in the first place.
Using AAs, mysitcs can become melee speced and boost thier dps somewhat, wich helps while soloing- both shaman types also get a pet spirit wolf from their AAs- but he is rather weak and is usally refered to as "the paper dog"

I would strongly advise any new player against starting the game with a class like shaman- it isnt newb friendly at all and it could ruin your first experience of the game.

If you want a healer- try making a fury (they have awsome magic dps besides ton of utility and heals and are very fun to play)

I think that what i will be a Mystic, hard = fun, so thanx for the information

Seems to me that you are describing an Enchanter class (Illusionist, Coercer) perfectly. You have to watch your battles closely to stop add ons with your Mez. You keep your allies buffed and debuff your enemies. You get a decent damage output... and your not a popular class because its trickier to play than most. Not popular means that you will get grouped easier in most cases

hope this helps you a bit. im always one to recruit others into the ranks of the Enchanters.

    Well thanx for your response.

On the beginning i was thinking on a Enchanter but when i read all those post on the EQ2 official forums they said that this class is loosing power when we talk abouth controlling monsters thanx to those recently updates ,(They are uncharmable),i dont know if its true cuz i dont have my computer rite now, so thats why im thinking now on a healer class like Mystic.

But it seems that Defilers are most wanted on groups so i dont know why, maybe one of you knows whats the difference between Mystic vs Defilers, i heard that defilers just add more HP and heal and that work best for the MT (Main Tank) and Mystics they add lot of barriers (Shield) to allies including MT, so they role is to null all kind of attacks and Defilers just to add more HP so allies last more time ? Who is most useful ?

Plz anyone that can answer all this questions, i will thank a lot.

    Thanx for your time...

To put it very blunt; Mystics solo much better thanks to thier AA options.
And asides from that, there always seems to be more Qeynos classes played then the freeport ones. I guess people just prefer to live in a shiny well kept city where everyone is smiling/ as opposed to the dirty, falling appart dump Freeport has become.
