This seemed like the best place to ask this...

Many online forums have ranks based on participation. Maybe someone could clarify the setup here at MMORPG.com. I've got over 200 posts and I'm listed as a 1 star novice. Recently I've seen people with less than 100 posts listed as 5 star Elite members. Is Elite a membership? Then there is the 29 posts 4 star harcore member! What's it take to have more than one measily star around here?? :)

    To get more than one star you have to be active, post often, and have good quality posts. Also read the FAQ.

    Thanks for pointing me at the right info. This is the only site I know of that ranks based on recent participation vs total posts- whatever...
