Considering a comeback!!!

I made a comeback sometime back, and what drove me away was the lack of anyone playing the game. What are the populations like now on the servers? Are they back up or are they still few and far between. I know that on one server I was on I think it was mainly European players so that could possibly have distorted things a little bit.

Yep, defintely will go down in Chilastra history
Was hectic though, I think at one point every special on my toolbar was on cooldown during that battle....

Well you are a Jedi, you can fire off all your specials 100 times and still have half your action left :P

I can smell the testosterone in here
it all depends on where you go: Ahazi,Bria,Bloodfin, and Chilastra are considered well-populated. You gotta know where to fine the people too... population nop longer gets bottlenecked in one SP so we're al lconstantly moving and hard to "see". I'd wait for my DoT cure to come up, along with my bacta bomb then run into the center of your and drop a gas cloud and watch my DPS meter get up to near 3k since it was ticking on around 60 rebels at once

Lol sounds like me with my traps :PThe last stand at the bottom I was running my arse off dropping razor at the door then going down one level and dropping a tangel bomb, rinse, lather, repeat

Luckily, I had two Officers in my group so I was kept nice and snare free...and with my DoT cure I was DoT free too :P I'm sure it was one of the reasons my Rez was constantly on cool down tho...
Yesterday, in the evening on Tarquinas, even Mos Eisely was empty and thats the most popular place to be so go figure how HUGE the pop is... I think its ridiculous there wont be a server merge or free transfers like they planned to do. But hey, ofcourse they always alter the deal.. just as they always do.. hooray for SOE...

Tarquinas is one of the low population servers, when did they plan to do free transfers and merges?
Yesterday, in the evening on Tarquinas, even Mos Eisely was empty and thats the most popular place to be so go figure how HUGE the pop is... I think its ridiculous there wont be a server merge or free transfers like they planned to do. But hey, ofcourse they always alter the deal.. just as they always do.. hooray for SOE...

Never been any plans for merges. There has been talk about free transfers though but currently they're still woking on it. Taken from the official FAQ:
Q. DeadMeat mentioned something about free character transfers awhile ago. Any news about that?
A. This was mentioned as a part of things the development would eventually like to implement, but we aren't ready to announce anything regarding the possibility of doing this just yet.

I guess I am going to wait and see if they merge the servers. I hate to come back and not have very many people to play with. If they merged the servers I would definently feel different about it though.

I think SOE should give Obraik his own affiliate link since he is promoting this game like there was no tomorrow.
