Have played: RuneScape, EQ2 (free trial), Last Chaos, Silk Road, Dungeon Runners.
Currently playing: RuneScape, Dungeon Runners.
The notion that graphics, or anything else for that matter, are anywhere near as important as gameplay/fun is so utterly ridiculous that anyone who shares such a view should be placed in an asylum.
Comments
In order from top to bottom(top being the most important, bottom being the less)
Gameplay
Performance
Community
Immersion
Customer service
Sound
Graphics
I agree with Gameplay being #1 and find it funny its not part of mmorpg.com's rating system. Something that is the most important to me is that the gameplay presents a challenge to the players. Whichever that fits under...

Gameplay = Fun
It's not rocket science.

i agree with llamster, this order seems good for me, at least for now
IF PUSHED KILLING IS AS EASY AS BREATHING
fun: is always first
performance : no fun if server down
community: no fun if your surrounded by jerks (AHHHH, I AM!!!)
graphics
service
sound
value
roleplaying
Torrential: DAOC (Pendragon)
Awned: World of Warcraft (Lothar)
Torren: Warhammer Online (Praag)
I'd like to wedge innovation somewhere in the ranking, probably 2 or 3. If I wanted to play the same game I wouldn't buy or play the new ones.
Naff categories imo. Here are some ideas of additional ones:
1. PvE- Grouping, soloing, Raiding
2. PvP
3. Exploring
4. Grind
5. Guild activities
6. Replay Value
7. Lore
My list:
1. Fun
2. Community
3. Service ( this includes ongoing development and world events for me; a static world is boring )
4. Role-Playing
5. Graphics (functional clean graphics are more important to me than eye-candy)
6. Performance
7. Sound
8. Value (???)
Heres my order:
Community
Fun
Value
Graphics
Service
Sound
Performance
Roleplaying
