I'm looking for a sandbox online RPG. It can be anything from a mud to a web-browers game to a full client game. It can be free or pay to play. If it's pay to play, it as to accept paypal.

A Tale in the Desert, is the only one i know that accepts pay pal.

There are more places to buy time cards than ebay, not to mention -better- places. Most sites that sell time cards will email you the code within 15-30 minutes of your purchase so that you can enter it in instantly.
You can play player-run Ultima Online servers for free, but if I gave you details on it I suspect I would get moderated

Try The Saga of Ryzom
It appears the Saga of Ryzom is shutting down permanently by the end of the year. I wouldn't recommend SoR to anyone right now.
