New mmorpg to play?

Ive played

Maplestory

Runescape(Like in year 6 lol)

Knights Online

Flyff

and Guild Wars

Guild wars being my latest, i hated it im not sure why but just wasn't my cup of tea.

Im looking for an mmorpg that has

Levels (above 20 please)

Good pvp

Fair graphics not state of the art but not runescape graphics

You can stick to it, im sick of changing from game to game i just want one game

Good PvE doesn't have to be too good

Role Playing

Active and friendly community

Very Active

and last but the most important, the PvP relies of mostly skill not flashy items

Im mostly into medieval era game but im willing to try any.

Please reply asap

I would definately recommend World of Warcraft.  IMO it is the most polished game on the market.  Some things it offers:

A ton of good quests and leveling options.

Great Charecter development (a good number of classes for anything you want to do.  Not to mention they are all balanced well)

PvP is very fun and you can get some great items from it

PvE is well laid out too.  You dont HAVE to group unless doin instances

And an often overlooked fact is that there are millions of players that play.  So you never get that empty world feel.

Ive played EVERY major MMO since 1999, started with AC, and a good number of not so major ones, and ive come back to this game.  If you have any other questions let me know.

Almost every MMO to date and in the future will give ppl an advantage for having better gear.  However i believe skill will always prevail.  Im not sayin a green char can take a full on twink in 10-19 bg's.  Normally its the better skilled player wins in pvp.  The one that knows how to play the strengths of thier char and minimize skill downtimes and be efficient in ability usage.

From the games you've been playing, it seems you're looking for a free-to-play game. About the best free MMO I have run accross in a LONG time is Last Chaos from Aeria Games. At the cost of a free download and no cost to play, there's not much to lose in giving it a shot (they do charge for some things in their "store," but you can easily get by without it). The downside? Limited character customization/progression is the biggest. Check it out and let me know what you think...

Rappelz is pretty much all of those things.. uh expect PVE .. the whole thing hinges on your ability to sit in a dungeon for days on end killing the same mob for years while your eyes bleed from the poor textures and lag.

EQ2 has pvp , I ve only played the pvp server a tiny bit , but the Pve server is great.

City of Heroes is pretty nice to , its good for 6 to 9 months or longer. I ve a friend who got it for christmas last year and he plays it daily to unwind from the raid grind in WOW.

WOW is ok , too fast for me and the only thing I like was the fishing. If was to return it would be for fishing.. and the chuck norrise jokes

haha yea if you have any tendancies towards addiction or sitting on the comp too much WOW is not a good idea.

I would say Perfect World would be a good choice for you. It is brand new, and will be coming out soon, right now it is in essentially open beta, and there will be a wipe.

I had no probs with it, even when i was on the Chinese servers. if you are interested in downloading it, go to the official forums and find a filefront link.

The website is in malaysia, so yea it's glitchy. For a free game its good.
