The Star Wars Galaxies official site has been updated with a player profile on CeigeMaraj, who has been playing the game since beta 3.

Where in the real life world do you live? I live in the United States.

How long have you played Star Wars Galaxies? I have been playing since beta 3.

What other MMOs have you played? I have played Earth & Beyond, PlanetSide, EVE Online, and Final Fantasy XI Online. Star Wars Galaxies is the only MMO I have played continuously.

What type of work do you do? Technical.

How long is your typical gaming session when playing Star Wars Galaxies? A typical session lasts about 3-4 hours.

What does a typical Star Wars Galaxies day consist of for you? Restocking my vendor, checking e-mails, setting up or checking on harvesters. I’m a mayor of a city, and spend time week to week space mining, maintaining GCW rank, and helping friends with their adventures.

    See these people only still play because they've invested soo much into it by the time of the NGE and the community, not because the game is good.

    I played pre-CU, I know what the deal is.



    I'd give my thoughts on the subject, but it seems that every time someone shares an opinion similar to one that I have, they get nailed by a pile of pre-CU zealots, regardless of the circumstances.



    At any rate, this isn't the place for it, and I had moved on ages ago.

    Hats off to you Ceige.  I give you credit for hanging in there and wading through all the changes made to the game. I come back every few months to see how the game is progressing. Sad to say I won't be back for awhile.  I miss the good ole' days. Remember when the game first came out and we had to run everywhere cause there were no vehicles yet???

    I resuscribed, mainly to see the Creature Handler changes, what a joke.
    All this game is, is a bunch of very young kids running around playing jedi. There are certainly not many doing it either, the two servers I played on, are just empty of people. If there are any adults playing still I would be very surprised.
