If the Sarnak town starts out as evil for example, then chances are you will at some point have the option to betray thus meaning that a Sarnak will effectively be able to be any class just like any other race in EQ2 so far.
That's a decent picture of one, though their heads can be quite over sized from some video interviews i've seen, they are the tallest race, but hunched, females are bigger.

It comes with the base game and all expansions. The adventure packs are not included though.
