Ok i made my character up to the loading part, entered my Red pill/Blue Pill names bio ect i hit accept, now what? it only shows my guy looking around on the tape, do i press a button? just wait? what do i do!?

And if you've already done that and it gets stuck its a graphics problem, either dx, driver or card.
Hardly the game's fault, lol.
Sky, do you know what to press when i enter my pill names and handle hit accept, then what? He just walk around on Record.....
It sounds like you're right at the point in the RSI creation where the game attempts to reserve the name you selected. When you click accept, your game client will attempt to check the database to see if the name is taken or not, and if it is it'll tell you to pick a new one. If the name is available, you'll lock it in and then your RSI will be created in the database, and you should continue on in the tutorial. Try a few different names, it's possible what you're picking might have unacceptable characters or something similar. ALthough I'm quite sure the game client won't allow names that contain spaces or special characters.
One thing you may want to check is your firewall settings (if you have one). In order for MxO to work properly, you'll need to open up TCP ports 80, 10000 and 11000 and UDP port 10000 on your firewall.
If that fails...definitely give customer support a call.
