My impressions on Fury

1. Very good graphics on high-render, poor graphics with low-render. It has some performance issues and developers say they are going to solve it soon.

2. If you love PvP, you are going to love Fury. I have had one of the best matches in my PvP history in Fury. If you are one of those types who like for example battlegrounds or arenas in WoW, or GW PvP, you will simply love Fury. However, if world PvP is your cup of tea, wait for Warhammer.

3. Classless system is very good and adds maximum flexibility of character development. Charges are perfectly designed. No mana required to do anything, only cooldowns and global cooldown.

4. Armor and gear are designed well in terms of balance. You will not gain an item (like in WoW) that will make you uber, which is a good thing. Trading/Auction house still has some problems (not used much).

5. There are exploiter (unsportsmanship behavior) clans in the game. They brought in tagteams to a supposedly free-for-all zone, slaughtering others. Some top clans has chosen to exploit during the challenge and the reaction of Fury management was not that good. They simply could not stated in the rules that an exploit is an offense which penalty would be applied. Poor response in this aspect!

6. In general, the response to feedbacks and community management of Auran is close to perfect (except the point of exploit). They really work hard to balance the skills and encourage newbies to enjoy the game. Once they become a bit harsh against exploiters, it will be even better. They should make sure who has the power.

7. Overall the playability is very high. If you like battlegrounds/arenas/GW PvP, I highly recommend you try it out!

Yeah I agree with all your points. Except the fact it has NO PvE, im not a carebear - I LOVE PvP. But I did not enjoy this game one bit, but thats just my opinion.

PvP is not Get in, kill, Get out for me... Its for like something that required tactics etc and lasts ATLEAST an hour! Thats why I like Open PvP... Darkfall ! come out alrdy :)

    Played almost everything...
    Currently playing nothing...
Waiting for: Darkfall, WAR, Guild Wars 2.

I love world PvP as well, but I also like battlegrounds type of PvP. And ladder system is very good, so you can fight and get your place in the ladder.

Warhammer or Darkfall kind of world PvP is of course fun, and I will be playing these games. But till then, Fury is the way to go. It's very very fast paced and there are lots of tactics involved in battles.

I could not agree more with #5, makes we wonder how they hope to control the gameplay.  Looks like another hardcore guild/clan haven, pushing the bulk

    of regualr players out.

The impression I got from Auran is that they are working on to minimize the exploits. And the game was still beta during the challenge. They respond to their community pretty well, Auran has a good reputation with that. I am expecting some things to change during the release. Although I hate exploiters, and basically think that they are all worthless idiots, Auran did not ever expect to have such numbers. I think they will do something about it, they really should if they want to succeed. So, wait for release and lets hope these issues will be fixed :P
