    Paypal has a virtual debit card beta available, which I've used with decent success.  It generates a credit card number that ties into your account, and acts like a regular credit card for all intents and purposes.  Using this option will allow you to pre-order the game from basically any online retailler.  Hope that helps.

    when I login it is under the "enhance your account" box on the my account - overview page.  I didn't see it anywhere else, so if you don't have it perhaps it's only available to a limited population.  Good luck.

    So the PayPal debit works the same as a bank debit or is it better such as can you reserve a rental car with it?

    I get the impression that the virtual card's primary use is for one-time transactions.  It generates new numbers on occasion (I don't know the exact schedule), so there may be complications with extended use.
