If I buy cov, can I...

in City of Villains

I am looking to buy a city of villains game key to add to my account on plaync, If I get this cov key and add new game, will I get the 30 days play credit which I can use to play city of heroes??

    I just added CoV to my CoH and got the 30 days free.  Make sure you upgrade instead of adding the CoV game key.  The monthly fee will be only $14.99 for both games and get 30 days free.

    but adding the cov key, did it give you the 30 days to play city of heroes or only cov, another person said adding it only lets you play that game, but the timecards are for all.

    Using CoV to upgrade your CoH account will give you 30 days of free CoH/CoV play - if you upgrade your CoH account (as opposed to using "add new game"), then your CoV acts as an expansion pack to your CoH.  If you use "add new game," you'll get 30 days of free CoV play only (since you've added CoV to your general PlayNC account) and you'll have two game accounts (CoH and CoV), each costing you $15 a month.

    My account shows 1 year and 1 month of total paid time, and 1 year, 4 months of veteran rewards time. The 3 months I didn't pay for were granted to me by the CoH box, the CoV box, and the CoH DVD extras pack. I've had access to both games from the very beginning.
