You know what? After reading a bit here on the forums and over at the official site, I made the same decision last week (Wed) ...so I went over to my local (usually reliable) Gamestop store and asked to purchase the HGL pre-order. Guy looked at me and went.. huh?
No luck, he had never heard of it, nor did his computer mention anything about it. Is the pre-order an internet only sort of thing?

Do not know. I just pre-ordered the game about 30 mins ago through Gamestop via internet. Now i'll be sitting back and waiting for it to arrive.

We'll the Gamestop I work one shift a week for has it available for preorder. We got our corporate HG:London stuff 3 weeks or more ago. It has been in the weekly add for over a month almost two months. And there should be posters and the like out in the shop already. We have had ours on display for for 3 weeks or longer.
I think you should go back over there and laugh at his incompetent store and tell him its in there system. He was just an idiot or being lazy.

i got 2 copies from game stop , collectors and normal also beta is mighty fun
I got the the pre order thing from Gamestop as well. My only problem is I think Ive beat the game during beta....

Sounds to me from what I've read it's like Guild Wars.
Meet up to party in safe, common areas and then venture forth into instanced everything else.
Saying you can only go to lv 22 in beta I don't think you have even got close. The second part of the game is supposed to be 3x as large/long as the first 20 levels.

They're hiding all the pre-orders so they can keep the codes and sell dye kits on ebay!
im gonna take a stab in the dark and assume your gamestop has adopted ours and stoped selling pc games.
The store I work at is Electronics Boutique still.
