I love this game.
I did not think this game was going to be nearly as interesting as it has turned out to be. The graphics, the gameplay, and the maps are fantastic. When I originally started seeing the game about a year ago I figured it was the Diablo team trying to reclaim its old glory without the license.
When I went out to pre-order the other day and downloaded the beta it was more to see if it was worth buying or not, but I think I found my new addiction. Now I just have to convince my buddies that it is a quality game and worth their while.
Though they arn't a fan of the you can pay or not pay style of the game. Hopefully the elite payed doesn't create such a huge gap in the community where they will play.

There shouldn't be a huge difference. It's not like they get better items. Only items that LOOK really shiny and stuff. They will get access to more maps, which might affect gameplay, but generally, it should be fine.
The only thing i didn't like about the game, is how often i crashed. I had to tone down the graphics, because of memory leaks. I crashed whenever i ran into town, and i have a pretty decent computer. (Duo Core 3.0ghz, 2 gigs of ram, geforce 8800 640mb card) I was playing it on it's highest settings so that's probably why. I've toned it down to about the medium-high setting, and i've still crashed on occasion, but not nearly as much. It's a bug they probably are gonna fix with patch 0.
I wonder if maybe you have another problem. I run it on high grafics on my P.O.S. laptop and havent had a problem. My specs arnt even close to yours. I did have to download a grafics patch from microsoft however to even runb the game at all. So it maybe that you need to update your windows.
