Error 1335 upon MS installation..

Updated...still not working though...
Well, firstly, I downloaded the Maplestory in the 20 parts. THENNN this came up:

SO I re-downloaded part 6! (THREE TIMES!!) Didn't do anything...
THEN I re-downloaded part 4,5, and 7, didn't work either...
OK then so I downloaded this big 666mb one, and THIS came up:
"Error 1335.The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."
OPTIONS: Abort Retry Ignore
IGNORE: pops up another error
RETRY: pops up the same 1335 error again and again..
so I have to abort.
I have tried (from what I can remember):
Doing a clean boot..
Doing this in the command prompt: msiexec /unregister (press enter)
msiexec /regserver (press enter)...
Turning off the firewall and anti-virus when downloading/installing....
Updating the installer.....
Reinstalling the installer......
Downloading on another computer.......
Deleting Temp and tmp files........
Installing in the root drive.........
(most of these solutions I googled)
think that's it
I've looked EVERYWHERE to fix this NO ONE knows! (and if they did know their solution didn't work for me for some reason...)
If you can fix the 20 part one or the big 666mb one I would be very grateful!
Really wanna play because I am quite bored..but at least figuring this out gives me something to do...kinda..(NOT REALLY PLEASE HELP ME)

It's an XP and I think that it's my satellite internet, it tends to give me corrupt downloads. I'm trying to find a spot to download it somewhere else.
