Yea i guess plains running is gonna save taurens alot of dough but like you said its just cool having your own animal to feed and care for basicly.
Does anyone know if or how much it costs to make a mechano strider, they look kinda stupid but then again if it dosent cost as much as a real breathing living mount i guess that would be a plus for the gnomes( heck they need all the help they can get ). BTW who would pick a gnome anyways besides wanting to make things and tinker around, but i guess it would be somewhat essential to have a gnome in the guild to build things for you like dynamite and under water helmets so........i guess those gnomes are alright.
I think they should have to ride foxes then when you see one runin around the plains so you take out your rifle and gun down that son of a beatch and make that gnome run.RUN GNOME RUN!!
Then you could skin the fox and have a nice fox pelt hat or shoes maybe....

I think the Charger is going to be the coolest mount hands down. Its going to be a horse covered in armor. HOW COOL IS THAT!?! Well i guess you can say i'm just old fashioned, but if that makes me old fashioned I wouldnt have it any other way.
BTW, I saw that King Arthur Movie today. It was pretty kick ass. PS- {All the knights were riding chargers}
Other mounts can only be used outdoors. So imagine a Tauren moving faster than you, say in an instanced dungeon or in a shop? That's a very BIG advantage
Yup plains running certainly has its advatages, who does'nt want another 100g in their pocket to buy some nice swords , armour, food and water, other weapons, or maybe a small pet.
I like how some classes dont get to wear higher class armour because then you dont have to worry about spending all your cash on armour and can focus on weapons and stuff like that, am I right???????

actually, i think all the mounts are well suited for each race. I mean, I can't exactly see an Orc riding a ram around. Nor can i see an undead riding a panther. Nor a gnome riding a raptor... etc etc. I think all the mounts are tailored perfectly for each race, but if I had to choose out of a line of mounts which looked the coolest, I'd probably go with the raptor.
Lucky for me my Undead character is going to be a warlock, so i'll get my very own nightmare along with all of my warlock bretheren.

Undead Horse, that would be cool to ride an undead, all the high level mobs in MMO's that are undead ride em, i think they look cool

Plains running is a good replacement for a mount.
It's advantages are:
1. Saves you 100g
2. Can be used indoors and outdoors.
Other mounts can only be used outdoors. So imagine a Tauren moving faster than you, say in an instanced dungeon or in a shop? That's a very BIG advantage
