Sad thing is the contests should be available only to people who have been around the forum for a considerable amount of time and post and are active. There is no way in hell we have 11k worth of active members.......

That is a STeal of a Deal... People like me have been saying "Zug Zug" and "STop Poking me!!" and
"I have a rumbly in my Tummy" LOl and some of the other GREat things some "great" minds have been saying since the BEGINNING OF WARCRAFT!!!!!!

I can remember WarCraft and Comand & Conquer were like the two Big "first" RTS games... although I had both... Definitely WarCraft won out EVERY time.....

Great contest. I am disappointed I didn't win but it was a success I think.

Remember guys, the purpose of doing it this way was to try and get some people to come and check out the site and forums so the community here could grow. Sure you might get 1000 kids who have never said an intelligent thing on a forum in their lives but you also might get 10 top quality intelligent people who will be a big part of MMORPG.COM for the future.

Also, I would suspect, if there were 10k entries that the "oldies" were in the minority and if some of the newer guys didn't win the site would have to deal with cries of "FIXED!" which would completely undermine the purpose for it in the first place.

I will make one rec. for the admins though, for next time. Completely random two of the accounts and reserve one for only those who sign up that have been a member for over 6 months and stayed active (don't base it on post count as anyone can spam unintelligent dribble - like me heh! ).

Good contest though.

Posts don't matter in contests. They count it on how many times you log in, which is kind of pointless because all my friends i know don't even go on mmorpg.com. They just set it to their homepage so when they click on internet they're on, they get their viewing count for it, and go onto something else.
