Gamestop online preorder and "Guaranteed Strategic Beta Access"

Welp, I preordered the game on Otc 8th, and it's the 22nd now, and I still haven't got my beta access. 
Called on the 10th, I was told they send out beta invites on thursday. I called on the 12th, a day after thursday, and was told there was a glitch and it would be the next thursday.
I called today, now that two "thursdays" have passed and they said they've recieved a lot of calls, they don't know what's going on, but they would pass my issue to another department and email me "within a few days".
The..beta ends in a few days.
So much for "Guaranteed Strategic Beta Access", eh?
Anyone else have a problem with Gamestop and their preorders? I'm probably going to cancel and just pass on this game because of this.

Same here. I ordered on the 2nd and havent received anything yet...I just sent an email to their customer support to see whats going on...let you know when I get a reply.
Um considering you can get a FREE beta key from File Planet now .. they probably aren't even in a rush to see what happened to your 'gaurenteed' beta key. Just go to fileplanet and get one (originaly it was for paid subscribers only but its recently it opened up to all users).

Hmm... I pre-ordered HGL from Gamestop at my local store... no beta keys yet for that one either....and beta ends in a few days as well....

The issue is, this beta access was also our way into the "3 day head start". The online order people are not being sent a disk. This email was to count towards beta, and our early access.
