To the ppl behind mmorpg

On behalf of the legit players of Silkroad online, i would like to ask the staff of www.mmorpg.com, to establish contact to Joymax, the makers of Silkroad Online.

As many people know allready, that the situation on all servers are the same.

Approximity above 90% of the online chars are bots, including goldsellers and their bots.

The rest of the so called legit players, are about 10% of the population.

When you look at the official website www.silkroadonline.net, and view the forum, you can notice that most of the threads there are about the anger for bots, goldsellers, and Joymax themselves.

The situation is as follows.

Joymax has turned away from their own botpolitics, due to the reason, that botowners charge silk. They remain silent, and have never made a statement about this issue.

If 90% of the polulation are botting, and they charge silk, then this alone is reason enough for Joymax to let them be, instead of following their own operation policy and bot politics.

90% means they are the majority of Joymax income.

The other 10% of legit players, the people who actually play the game are outnumbered, and therfore unimportant..

If Joymax stood to their botpolitics, and ban them, this would attract other people to play silkroad.

Without bots, the fun would return, and also the legit players would buy silk again.

However the numbers of disapointed users are rising, but our voices are overheard by Joymax.

So our only hope to wake Joymax up, and make them talk, is by establishing contact to reknown gamerwebsites.

So i ask you, the staff of www.mmorpg.com, to contact Joymax, and ask them for an interview.

Yours

I just tried to start playing this game only to find that all servers are allways bot crowded not even leting you login when you want to play, and it seems its a long time matter. I think a very good written article by mmorpg can put some reason/honesty on the President/CEO or whoever is leading joymax/silkroad game inner-policies. How can you have all servers crowded  for 1 year (or more as i have read on the forums)and not do anything!

I really had some good expectations of this game :(.

here is the link to the post in the official silkroad site thats trying to get attention of joymax.

Totally agree. However, to be straight, I was a botter in Silkroad Online. We, botters have f*ed this game up. It's true. I'm not playing since a month now. I'm sick and tired about this "game". I'm sick because we can boting as a legit, we won't get banned because we buy silk for real money. The most of my guild mates had been banned during the last (and only afaik) bot inspecion. They did not bought silk. I did. It's quite simple.

The problem is not that you cannot logon because of the crowded servers. I always logged on after 10-15 attempts. The problem is, that the Company (JOYMAX Co., Ltd.), which runs the box randomly disconnects legit players to make free slots for botters (paying players). I know this since I'm not buying premium tickets.

The other major problem is, that you do not have _any_ (really any) chance against botters in PVP or during a job (trading, thiefing etc.). They just bought the best stuffs for real money, so it's quite impossible to beat them. (I remember a funny story, when we were three against one full SOSUN [kinda unique item]thief. All the same level, and she just kicked our a.s.s. Man, that was a shame!)

I have decided, I won't pay any further money to this "game", because it is not a game anymore. It is pure business.

Players wanna have fun when they log on to their favourite MMO (or whatever). You cannot have fun anymore on the Silkroad, unless you pay your entire salary.

Finally. I think Silkroad Online has died. Once and forever. The Company won't do anything in order to stop the bots, cuz they get extremely huge amount of money from them. However I'll keep on my eyes on the forum, and I hope that somehow this issue will be rectified.

    Truly yours,

    SilkroadPhan

Sad, but true. I used to enjoy this game, but now the enjoyment has been gutted out of it.

Ciao Silkroad, you might be missed, and only by those who have A.D.D.
