I just pre-ordered from amazon.com and I didnt get the serial number that was supposed to unlock that extra stuff and the 3 days head start on game play, anyone know what I can do other than sending in an email because Ive done that?

Cancel your pre-order and save the money.
I like the game so why would I do that?

Yeah, Gamestop or direct from NCSoft is best - you'll get your beta code and the unlock codes for your stuff.
Same thing happend to me, so i tried to cancel the preorder and bought it from ncsoft's homepage instead, then the code came a few days later from the first order and they told me i couldnt cancel it because they sent me a beta code, so now im stuck with two games.
I ordered off amazon as well. Wondering if anybody has recieved their code from them. just ordered last night.

Can't find an MMO worth playing
Amazon's pre-orders (esp. this close to release) tend to be a typical "reserve and buy on release".
I preordered this 2 months ago, and received my pre-order key about a week later. At that point, the TR Collectors mentioned the 3 day head start. As of now, it no longer mentions that.
If you want to guarantee yourself a pre-order code at this point, you might want to consider Gamestop etc.
Buy directly to Ncsoft.
Yeah, amazon seems to be worthless. I just went into Gamestop and they gave me the pre-order box, and a nifty shirt. So buy from NCsoft or buy from a store.
