didnt really know where to put this post but hear goes......
okay im gonna sound like the biggest noob in the world hear but where do the unquie hits thing come from....how do we vote for that if we can please cause i would love to vote

He's talking about on the front page, the "unique hits" counter. Apparently, they have put a counter on anytime someone makes a hit on a specific mmorpg. I am not positive if it represents hits to the overview of the mmorpg or just someone visiting a specific mmorpg's forum section.
To answer your question though, I don't think you can "vote", however if we figured out the system, I'm sure you could bugger the numbers up.
As for where this kind of discussion goes, it can go here, or probably more appropriately on the "Site suggestions" section of "General Discussion."
