Just wondering im on the ncsoft website and i was going to buy the game there and download it
but all i can see is this of there store.

I havent been in the beta so i dont have any characters or anything so if i buy this do i get the whole game or what ? im confused 
IMPORTANT: The EUR 4,99 cost of this digital pre-order will be subtracted from the cost of the full version of the product when, and only if, you purchase it via NCsoft's online PlayNC Store using the same PlayNC master account.

As far as I know, there is no digital download of the final game. You can order from the usual suspects (Gamestop, EBGames, etc). Thats what I did....
I have heard some speculation whether the preorder pack will do anything for you now, but no solid answers... Sorry.
Hmm... yes, this preorder thing has become pretty confusing. There're several posts about this in the beta forums.
Anyway, those beta+lvl15+etc conditions they mention only apply to the 10 free days offer. So, you may preorder but won't get the 10 extra days.
As for the client, you'll be given a link to download the full client (which was the one we used to beta) and after some patches will be ready for the prerelease. Anyway, seems that you will only be able to play for those 3 days unless you buy pay for the "boxed" final version (be it buying it from a retail store or buying the key code in NCSoft once they sell it in Nov 2).

I pre-ordered the game some months ago, and i became a beta tester so i have the beta client etc. I am supposed to start playing the final game the 30 of october because i pre-orderd it. But what do i have to do, just buy the full game digitally at NCSoft (i suppose it will be some kind of code that will change my account from beta state to full game or something like that) ?? Or am i forced to buy a retial box which i think it's not the case cause then why would NCsoft let u buy a digital pre-order ?
If you've pre-ordered Tabula Rasa from the online store, you will also need to purchase the retail game from the online store in order for the $4.99 to be credited towards your purchase.
If however, that $4.99 doesn't matter to you, you can buy the retail box at the store and use that code alternatively.
I mean, the digital game will be avaliable before 30th October or 2 november? Cause if i am supposed to start the game 3 days before because i pre-ordered it should let me buy the full game digitally before the 30 right?
Seems that the final game will only be available at the NCSoft store from the Nov2 on. But if you already preordered all you have to buy is the key code that day, then apply it to your existing beta-preorder account. The game client will be the same you've been using from beta to pre-release.
Or at least that's what the logic dictates and most people have stated everywhere this question has arisen.

i just signed up for the bonus pack thing there and its given me the option to download the client but i just have to buy the game when it goes retail or download it so i guess when im finished downloading the game il get to play the extra day or two earlyer before its official launch so woohoo takes ages to download stupid slow irish broad band ....
Well it doesn't make sense if Ncsoft starts selling the digital game on 2 Nov cause they offered a digital pre-order which included the opportunity to start playing the game 3 days before the official release date, and that digital pre-order also stated that u HAD to buy the digital full game in order to make your 5$ payment part of yout full game payment , then i think they should provide a way to the people who pre-orderd via ncsoft to start the game on 30th october, and i think they will it's the most logical thing
Maybe people who pre-ordered (they have the beta client installed or at least they can download it via plaync) will have to pay to get a code which will activate their tabula rasa account (from beta state to full game), so they will get their beta client actualized to make it the final game. 
Man, you're confusing me more than you are
The point is that you can download the game NOW (in case you uninstalled it after the beta end or you haven't installed it yet) and the 30th you'll be able to play with it.
In Nov 2 you'll be able to buy the final game (in this case, just the key code will be needed) IF YOU LIKE TO. If you do so, you'll get your 5$ discounted from the price of the final game. Anyway, I don't recall any time limit to get your discount. So you may be able to get it when you feel or want to buy it.

Mmm i have another question. How will i get my pre-order pet etc? Will we have to introduce a code or the game recognizes my account as a pre-order one?
You'll have those in your inventory and then you'll need to talk to a NPC there. If have any trouble just ask in General chat while in game. I'm pretty sure they'll help you there. So, don't worry
