one of my accounts is inacitve and the other one is due soon i will have to do this is not just with new charaters it when you add more time to your existing charater aswell

So how do you take advantage of this? I clicked the link and logged in like it asks but thats it! I want to setup a 2nd account while the offer lasts but I can't find out how. There isn't an option within my account details. And yes I have an account.
