CHALLENGE: movie idea

Heya,
I'm doing something filmschooly and for my xmas exams I have to make a little movie. Since a lot of minds work better than a half one I thought I'd ask for some ideas.
These are my limitations:
- max 2 minutes
- max 2 actors
- exactly 2 locations
- no dialogue (ambient sound allowed)
- no camera movement (tho don't worry about that)
- no music
- script due 4th of november
and the most horrific: the subject is "A surprise, and that on my birthday!"
I simply need a good idea. Since I'm facing some competition I don't think the odd surprise party will do.
Note that I have some means at my disposal, like professional camera's and lighting, a bluescreen studio, a small render farm, dolleys, a makeshit steadycam, ... The only thing I'm lacking is half-decent actors.
Your ideas can, no must, be original and crazy. Tho keep limitations (like costumes and props) in mind. You're free to discard no camera movement, only 2 locations but that's about it.
So stuff set in the future or similar things are allowed.
just gimme some ideas. Of course you'll be included in the credits if your idea is being used. And you'll be allowed to see the end result of course.

Waiting for= PSU, WAR
Just do an introduction with one guy walking silently with another guy while they pass by various different signs that all seem kind of out place. Showing stuff like "Rizzo-Q - When you need something hot". Then finish off with him coming to his house where it says "Congratulations!" or something.
He opens the door and watches into total darkness, then you flip the light and you only see light .After that you do a nice transition to a guy lying on a bed, in a (very white) hospital, and then showing that thing that shows how often his heartbeats or something and you see how it's just a straight line. End.
May need to be changed or something, but at least it's a pretty fun concept. I like it at least.
If I were to have enough time and actors I'd do this:
Hitler never died, the Third Reich still stands strong. On the evening of Hitlers 100th birthday two brave men have independently decided he will pay for his crimes with his life.
One of them is a member of the Hitler Jugend and infiltrates the stadium where the celebration will be held.
The other one uses his ninja-like cunning and stealth to sneak up unto the roof of the stadium.
The first one reaches the large space beneath the stage on which Hitler will hold his grandest speech, announcing his victory over death.
The young assassin rigs the launching platform making sure he'll be on the stage in a mere second. The security guards will leave him with little time to complete his one-way task.
On the roof the ninja takes up position with his sniper rifle.
The night falls, the crowds who came to pay homage to their leader fill the stadium.
Hitler, in a wheelchair and driven by his most loyal doctor, is happy despite the uncontrolable spasms in his left hand due to Parkinsons.
He reaches the stage and is left there, alone but defiantly with behind him the Swastika which waves over cities from Moscow up to London.
The crowds begin their 100 sieg heils to the fuhrer. This is the moment for the two assassins.
Under the stage the first one activates the lift, and is quickly transported upwards as the trap doors open.
On the roof the ninja takes aim for the head of the Fuhrer. He fires.
But the dictator isn't hit. A young man, dressed in the light-brown uniform of the Hitler Jugend collapses on the stage as the stadium fills with screams and guards run towards the fuhrer.
Machine gun fire from below perforates the ninja before he can take a second shot.
Next to the dead young assassin, Hitler is being reanimated. But there is little hope. The shock was too much for him.
It's film school. Creativity is appreciated.

how about ...
a guy sitting on a bench reading a b-day card in a park near a road ... and then some other guy walks by wearing a bloody t-shirt ,carrying a swordfish (also bloody) the 1st guy watches the fish carrying guy walk by , and goes back to reading his card then alot of NOISE !!! SIRENS SCREAMING ETC...then a fire truck and a couple of police cars zoom by going in the direction the fish guy came from.
let the audience figure out what happened.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
There is a guy in a room watching TV, a televangelist, the other guy comes in and looks upset for some reason. The first guy does't notice. Then the upset guy takes a gun out and puts it to the first guys head. First guy looks all worried but can't move and and the second guy is all shakey, then he shoots the first guy and the upset gun guy goes to peices. After crying and looking at the body for a while the upset guy with the gun plugs himself. All while the TV plays some religous thing about salvation of the self.
I am sure that means something.
location one: TV room
locaton two: inside entrance of house, foyer

The setting is my country. And we don't have televangelists. Thank God.

This will probably be very close to the end-result:
The day started somewhat different from the other days in the war. That morning the young soldier/resistance fighter had received
a rare batch of mail from home and more importantly a birthday card. And when he opened a package to find a plasticy birthday cake he was simply baffled.
His family must have gone trough exceptional efforts to send him this. The young man figured the package had to have been on its way for ages
after which his sergeant chose to keep it from him until the day of his birthday. Surprisingly considerate. Perhaps a last token of
consideration because of the suicide mission to sergeant was sending him on.
The ambush failed miserably. Unlike the intelligence reports the target had been protecte by tanks. And heavy infantry. And tanks.
Even when the rag-tag group of soldiers was retreating they were still being shelled by artillery. Yes, reinforcements arrived.
But too far away to make a difference for the young soldier hiding in the artillery crater.
The morning after the battle he woke up in the crater. After a while he remembered his backpack he lost in the turmoil during the retreat.
Despite the clear sounds of continued battle in the distance he dared look over the edge of the crater. His backpack was just out of reach.
Would he venture to catch it? The prospect of cake and booze (obligatory in every kit of a soldier these days) was getting more
atractive with each passing moment as hunger grew in the young mans stumache.
Carefully he partially exited the makeshift trench and held out his gun in an attempt to get a hold of the backpack. Due to loss of balance
he suddenly arked sidewards. Just in time to evade the incoming sniperbullet. Startled the young soldier rushed back into his crater.
For the next hours he was the auditory spectator of the raging battle in the distance.
Suddenly he is startled by a dog coming over the edge. The poor animal looks surprisingly fineconsidering
the general destruction of the recent battles in the area.
THe young soldier urges the dog to come closer. And after a short while the little dog approaches.
Soon it allows himself to be stroked by the young soldier.
Up to a point even where the small animal closes his eyes while enjoying the attention.
The young soldier silently opens his knife. He smiles.
A few moments later his birthday card is playing the known tune as the soldier is eating small pieces of bloody,
red meat on a fork heating them with a simple lighter.
