I could see AoC being highly configurable and playable, not to mention enjoyable. Slightly fast paced as I could imagine, I'm not in beta myself, but I could imagine it would open up a fun experience, as for the time being until March, I'm not entirely sure, Hellgate was extremely enjoyable for myself and many others who participated in the game, depending on which character you choose, in Hellgate, I could imagine a character like the Summoner, bringing up demons to fight for you instead of you doing the fighting could be interesting ( I have a summoner myself and it is an extremely fun character in my point of view).
Although Hellgate is a WASD based game it is fun, there are point and click interactions, but based in the genre of an FPS.
I cant think of any point and click games off the top of my head except for Eve, really it's an autopilot game in my opinion. I'll try to brainstorm and google my ass off to reply to this thread with more results.
I dont think you really need a game based purly on point-and-click. You could play any game that has good configuration support. WoW, Lotro, EQ, EQ2 and more all have this.
WoW can be click and move. You can also click on buttons but you'll be gimped for PvP and some of the slightly harder dungeons.
I think you need to read the OP a bit closer my friend.

No keyboard usage, no voice usage, no true mouse usage.
I'm not sure how you plan to even do this, but i'm freaken amazed you can even play WOW.
Like others have suggested you can play EVE.
Some F2P MMOs like Rappelz, Sword of the New World, RF Online can be played purely from clicking. They are also all solo-heavy games.
I just don't understand how you are getting by with typing. Most games have anti-hack imbedded into them. Any program that attempts to inject key presses generally will get denied or get you banned. So voice typing or even blink typing wouldn't be possible in most of the newer games.
I don't want to seam mean, but I feel like you're lieing about your condition. You say you can't use a keyboard. Yet you type. You say you have no voice. Yet you can still type. You say you have a non-standard mouse with arrow based movement. Yet you can play WoW which needs quicker reactions to accomplish.. arrow based mouse movement can't accomplish this.
If your condition is true. Then I would suggest something much more simplistic then an MMO or maybe get more into TV series and movies.
I don't want to seam like a jerk here so don't get me wrong. If your condition is true then i'm sorry for what state you are in, but MMOs are nearly beyond your reach of expectations unfortionately.
[ Played ] 2Moons, Anarchy Online, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest, Everquest II, Guild Wars, HellGate: London, Lord of the Rings Online, Rappelz, RF Online, Shadowbane, Star Wars Galaxies, Sword of the New World, Tabula Rasa, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, World of Warcraft, Last Chaos

you could try something like runescape. but so much of it will be poison especially the community, 3/4s of the players have extreme social handicaps.
edit:
there are browser based games that don't require timing at all. imperialconflict(.com) would be a good start.
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

I would also say Eve.
As for that as most have stated there is loads of korean games that are click to move.
Hope you find a game to suit your needs.

I would try Runescape. It's actually a lot of fun, and it's free so it can't hurt to try.
