I would like to start off by saying helloimage. "Say hello Mrnoodles." HI ALL!! Now that we got that out of the way down to the hard topic at hand.

I'm looking for a new MMORPG. Currently I'm playing Final Fantasy but the game is getting kinda well...stale, boring even. (glad I only paid 10 bucksimage) So basically I what you guys and gals to recommend something. Something that can keep me entertained for awhile. Right now me thinks ether Ragnarok or EVE. All opinions welcome wether good or bad...or crazyimage they may seem.

    Aside from the games mentioned above, you can play Ultima Online for free on some player run shards if you are just lookin for something to entertain you for a lil bit. It's not the greatest game ever (anymore image) but hey, its free, and theres tons of diff customized shards for whatever you want.

    I was planing to get Earth and Beyond but stupid EA closed it down (crazy a** mofosimage). Now I'm thinking either Planetside, EVE or Ragnarok as stated above. But anyway thanks for your help.

    Try EQ or DAoC, those game are pretty fun.image

    Then when EQ2 and WoW comes out, try them both.image

    Well if you have any interest in a differnt kind of MMOG, I'll recommend Jumpgate:

    It's not for everyone as it doesn't follow the "classic formula."  Some would say its more space sim than RPG, but there's plenty of room for RP in the game.  I like it because I don't have to "acquire skills" in the game -- I use my real skills.

    Stop recommending jumpgate, its a horrible game. Jumpgate just looks like they took eve and killed the graphics/gameplay.

    As I said in the other thread.  I've beta-tested and played BOTH games.  I don't thing Eve comes even close except for the pretty graphics.

    Have you beta-tested or played either?  If you played them, then why not offer a real opinion other than "it looks horrible?"  And, for the record ...  I can recommend anything I want.
