I did 2 times this instance since the game started in October 30. I completed the mission in both times but never could free the prisoners! How can we do that? I looked everywhere!! Plz help!

This is one of the many many badly designed quests that made me quit this game in beta at lvl 20 and never look back.
To get the key to open the red gate thing you have to kill the Captain or whatever the toughest guy in the area is named, but you must do this AFTER you receive the quest, if you do it before he will not respawn and you can not get the key and you must reset the instance and do all the quests over again.
So dont kill any of the guys around the main base until you get the quest to open the gate, then start in on them. Good luck.

You didnt understand, and your answer truly shows that you didnt spent any time in this game, and that you didnt even bother to try. My problem was INSIDE the Pravus Research. I destroyed the main objective but still couldnt release the prisoners.
From what I gather there is no quest to free them, we completed the main quest in the instance without having to free the prisonners, either they havent put any quest for it, or either there just there has a kind of decoration lol. Anyway seems there nothing you can do with them anyway, would be fun but alas cant be helped hehe.
I had to use my imagination to bridge the gap a bit. You blew up the power core and there's a friendly NPC congratulating you. You think they're going to just leave those prisoners there after you're gone? Assume the AFS forces moved in and freed the prisoners after you left.
You can't free pravus prisoners. You can free torcastra prisoners.
