U.S. only I guess

I tried to sign up for the pre order and was unable to as the only addresses you can enter are U.S. States. I called customer support and stated I'm located in Canada and would like to sign up. But its only the States as of this time. How crazy is that? Guess they want to fail? How can a game be this close to launch and  have no business model in place for a MMO. The funny thing is I know for a fact the Beta works here. So its not a server issue just sad ass planning. Sad part is I'm a U.S. citizen but changed my credit cards to Canada  as I live here now with my wife who's Canadian. Someone get Johnny Depp on the phone, Maybe he can help me.

    Im in Denmark Europe and got into the US release without any problems. Just register, with your own name, street address etc and then just choose a random US state. Its the payment details they are really interested in :)
