Issue with Credit Card Billing for Eve-Online

There are a lot of discussions by folks on the Eve-Online forums about player accounts being disabled. It seems that CCP is having some problems with CC billing for accounts. Many players are complaining, filing petitions, and paitiently waiting. However, CCP has yet to respond to what the problem is. I personally have a friend who's account has been disabled for 3 weeks now. His CC was charged 2 weeks ago. There have been 3 petitions filed on his behalf, and yet, no response from CCP.
I think it's time to make this issue a little more public and see if this escalation can motivate CCP to fix the problem.

your account petitiioned about another accounts billing problems? I hope they don't give you any info, Has your friend tried e-mailing the company?
I can confirm there is a CC billing issue,and it's anoying since my account is about to expire in 2 days,ive filled a pettion about 5 days ago,and have not received any response... it's is weird since the most ive waited on a petition was 1 day.I guess alot of people have CC billing problems atm and CCP isnt showing any signs of fixing the issue,wich is extremly weird for a mmo company,it's like they are refusing to get paid...
My thought on it is, that people experienced issues and petitioned. Those petitions even got answered quite fast according to some forums i have access to. But then the problems grew, and now they cant serve the thousands of petitions. Its like a DoS..
