And i downloaded from their thing, then i attempted to install the game using the cd key they provided, and i get this
Error:

they sent me a bad cd key?

Well Sylvarius dont feel like the lone ranger I too got the same error message last night and this morning. This has been my first and unless I experience some really "amazing coustmer service" my last dealings with the EA store.
To be fair I know this may be a Flagship issue but frankly I find both of them to be lacking in there offical communcation to me the coustmer. Here is hoping this issue gets fixed fast and smoothly.

so i did what the link said and it worked, except there was some error when it tried to launch with a language pack but i just said ok. Then i clicked multiplayer, and from there i loaded the game.
It proceeded to patch, and after the patch was done, i was so excited and it said...
"Unable to connect to server".......
HOLY FUCK IM FREAKING THE FUCK OUT RIGHT NOW. I HATE THE SHIT OUT OF EA AND I WILL NEVER USE THEIR STUPID FUCKING DOWNLOADER EVER AGAIN.
I'm so glad i cancelled my preorder with the EA store. My credit card was supposedly supposed to be charged within a couple days, after which I'd get my preorder beta key, etc. A week later I went through their version of customer service forms to find out why this hadnt happened yet. (Note: Hellgate wasnt even in their list of games so I had to pick a different game and explain that i was inquiring about Hellgate)
My questions were supposed to be addressed within 24 hours, according to them. Both times I sent a question it took 3 days. Their first response was that everything was in the final steps and I would get my key, etc "soon". I ended up just cancelling. I wouldnt ever consider going through their store again. The one good thing that they did do right, however, was that when I cancelled they were right on top of it and got it done extremely quickly.
